Fully Advanced certified with contemporary STOTT Pilates and a Classical flair, Lisa has 18 years of teaching experience in not only Pilates but also other modalities of exercise, including TRX, willPower & Grace barefoot fitness, personal rebounding, kettlebell training, and yoga. Her teaching style is supportive and empowering, yet always incorporates a lighthearted funness! Whether the student is looking for a kick butt workout or needs more gentle rehabilitation work, she will ensure they move forward with confidence in their own bodies.
